Truenorthlogic prides itself on being a constantly evolving team of self-governed individuals who want, together with our education partners, to create great solutions to help our customers realize their potential. We continue to build an organization that has no limitations on where individuals can grow - as their strengths emerge and are created, we foster support to allow them to grow deeper into those areas. We support local recruitment and are currently working on an intern program for local engineering graduates. Our strategy is to grow with each new employee - every day we are constantly moving toward what will become, rather than trying to channel it narrowly.
